「The room was quite well proportioned and despite being over the public bar was not noisy. Was close to the bus stop which saved us driving into Brighton and trying to find a park. Meals were good and breakfast very generous. Overall good value for money」

「Overall the property was very clean and everything was brand new. Great location and close walk to every where. Only down fall was the kitchen didn't have as many pots and pans if you wanted to cook a family meal. The iron was not working but we got a replacement the next day. The ceiling in the bedroom upstairs was quite low and became quite warm. The property does not have air con except for a fan in the living room. We took an additional fan with us which helped. I would recommend this...

「The Staff , on arrival and especially at breakfast were friendly and welcoming and professional. Room very clean. Breakfast, good selection,the eggs ( poached and fried) cooked to perfection. Just note there are no lifts but I was well aware of this prior to booking. My room was on the fifth floor but it was okay but my stay was short. I would stay at the Invicta Hotal again.」

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment could have been better for me. 「No one came to clean/empty bins etc for the length of our stay. It was very noisy. Constant doors banging in the middle of the night. Some drunk person knocking on the door after 9.30 pm. Reception staff were fine, but had to request clean towels/extra toilet paper.」

「Needlessly complicated check in process - why did I have to supply my ID? There is no UK legal requirement for this and most places don't do it. 「Overall experience is nice. We stayed in room 5 for 3 nights. It would be feel better if the walls refurbish, replace the old boiler and unusable cooking pan and pot. Also, the exhaust fan In the bathroom should be clean regularly. All the staffs are very nice and helpful.」
