「Friendly staff 」

「很干净舒适的酒店，用品有档次。唯一缺陷是没电梯，大行旅需要搬上楼，但也只有两层楼高。」

「The rooms were clean and neat! But best were the staff. Thry looked after us nothing was too much trouble. Zoe was great helping me with my email. And Tino was friendly and helpful. 」

「The hotel is located in the central of Wellington, Many attractive tourist spots are within walking distance. There are fast food shops and a large supermarket just directly opposite to the hotel entrance. The hotel room, especially the bathroom with Crabtree bath amenities, is spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel was built in 1928, it has been newly renovated with a signature scent. We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would highly recommend it. 」

「The concierge was super friendly and soo helpful giving advice on restaurants, attending to a slight issue with our aircon which was resolved immediately! It is the perfect location for walking around Wellington and a very reasonable price. We had a deluxe two bedroom apartment which was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay there again !!」
