This was a great place to stay that was walking distance to the docks and downtown. The rooms were very big for the price and came with a full kitchen. If you are staying more than a couple days it is nice to be able to cook your own meals.

Wanted to stay near our sons Hostel for move in day at Vic Uni. This place was around the corner. A little complicated to move through if you're parking a car and staying in the other tower. Convienent and clean. Just pricey for what it was.

The room was clean and comfortable. What was very unacceptable was that free parking for guests with vehicles had been advertised, but was not available when we checked in. We should have been told that parking was on a “first come, first served” basis; it is disingenuous to tell guests that something is available when it might not be. The other annoying thing was the small size of the rubbish bins in our room. That said, the staff members were very polite and helpful to us during our stay, and this balanced out things out somewhat.
