"We booked last minute, a family of two adults and two children in a family room. The property is immaculately kept, the staff were wonderful. Friendly, attentive, great with children. The restaurant is high end with a sophisticated menu, and they offered to cater for our children’s palate, and make “any pasta we requested”. It’s a small, intimate property, perfect for a stopover or using as a base to explore. The views are stunning - truly worth the investment. The decor is traditional, but in the lake setting, it’s exactly what you want Can’t recommend highly enough! Thank you for such a beautiful stay 🇮🇹🇬🇧"

"Really well located hotel just outside central Bergamo but only 10 minutes to central car parks. And 10 minutes drive to airport! Very helpful staff, and you have a shopping centre and spa attached to back of hotel. Car parking is easy in the underground car park with limited spaces. Right next to a small suburb train station as well. The area is still being developed but very quiet and clean. Worth paying a visit to the Rooftop Restaurant which is amazing (we had Sushi) and also nearby restaurant La Malga which is great for lunch with home cooked Italian food. Would definitely recommend and we will come back when in the area"

"Great location with an easy 20 minute walk into Iseo. The facilities such as the pool are very good and everything is very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel felt a little dated, as said in other reviews. Also some additional charges such as an omelette with breakfast or a second pool towel seemed unnecessary. Overall though a lovely stay and would recommend."
