"Staff was friendly and quick to provide answers. The bunk bed room was great. There are very limited parking slots so do book yours early, otherwise you will need to park about 5 minutes walk away. All are paid parking slots. There are only 2 washer-dryer machines so be prepared to stay up until late if many guests are doing their laundry. It's a pity that housekeeping is only provided on the third day, though towels can be changed every morning. Trash is also not cleared daily so prepare some plastic bags of your own to keep the room clean."

"We love Comfort Hotel ERA Ise. The front desk staff and housekeepers are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Shower-head provides large, powerful water spray action which was superb. Comfy beds. The breakfast is delicious and the lobby library lounge area has available snacks and drinks from 10am - 11pm. Limited parking on property, but there is a public parking area within a minute walking distance. Great location close to many good restaurants, shops, train stations. We will definitely stay here again next trip to Ise!"

"Overall was good. The only thing is that we expect this room would fit our family of 4 (as that is what we booked). Unfortunately it only came with 2 single futon (with 1 pillow each) which really only fit 2 people. We had to pay extra to get an extra futon. Other than that, the staff was helpful and the location was good (really right by the train station but remember to leave at the JR exit). We also enjoyed the public bath where we get to soak in the hot bath."

"The exterior of the hotel building needed new paint and thorough cleaning. The garden and plants needed some serious trimming and maintenance. Otherwise the views were great, Onsen was big and all the artwork placed throughout the interior were museum quality."
