A surprisingly big room. Great location next to train station and walking distance to delicious fresh seafood restaurants. I wish I had stayed longer as more to see than I had thought. 3 nights would’ve been better.

Comfort Inn is a great choice

Overall great stay. Wonderful and hospitable staff. Clean everywhere. Breakfast was delicious. Easy parking very nearby (approximately $8/night). We especially loved the Comfort Cafe Lounge in the lobby, where you can enjoy snacks and drinks. Close proximity to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Wonderful! I appreciate that it comes with free breakfast, which made my stay in Ise very pleasant, as it is kind of hard to get food nearby.

Very convenient to visit Ise. Also, they had wonderful free breakfast. However, we could not handle the smell from the bathroom. Since we stayed only one night, we did not ask the hotel to change the room, we were also not sure if merely changing the room would help eliminating the smell. The staff were very nice, good breakfast, convenient visiting Ise.

Room is clean and spacious, and front desk receptionists are helpful. A good spread of food for the complimentary breakfast. Appreciate the availability of umbrellas for guests to use on rainy days. However only a small number of parking lots are available for guests. Need to travel a distance to another carpark instead.

This place is walkable to shopping and eating area. Parking was easy. The breakfast has good selection. They have 3 washer/dryer on the second floor for 500yen. The only downside was they only gave us 2 flat pillow and 2 toothbrush even though its for 4 people. The room is clean and the AC was good air. Regular channels on the tv nothing special.

Nice hotel and location

Nice hotel. Clean. Good location. However there are only 2 elevators and 1 had broken down. So we had very long waiting times for the elevator and there was no alternative. The stairs weren't accessible. This was not very comfortable.

You will feel welcomed!

My first stay at a Comfort hotel and after booking this, I noticed that some websites had rated this a 2star hotel. So I was a little apprehensive. The stay went beyond my expectations. The room was a reasonable size and there was even a full length bathtub. The staff were so helpful and spoke English. You can have free coffee and tea from the reception area, and during the evening, there is happy hour. You can chill in the comfort cafe which is a book cafe! You buy your drinks from the reception and there are free munchies. I bought breakfast too as Ise is a small town and not much will be open in the early morning. Breakfast was ok. It is very near the train station and bus terminal. Definitely worth a stay here!
