「This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...

「It was completely not what I expected compare to what I selected for the room from the picture. It’s got a giant hot tub and a sauna which I did not ask for or wanna use. I had to sleep on a Murphy bed. The useable space is small, with small trash can and no place to put your stuff. At lease the staff is friendly. The breakfast option is small and simple. The location is good. Love the AC」

「ナポリでも治安の良いエリアに位置するB&Bで、観光にも便利。キアイアの駅やフニコラーレの駅も徒歩圏内で、ロケーション抜群です。歴史的な建物の中にあり、部屋は広々していました。 ホストと会うことはなく、チェックイン方法のやりとりなどはwhatsappのメッセージを通じて行うので、イタリア語か英語ができるとスムーズかと思います。返信はとても早いです。 3泊しましたが、タオルの交換ができないことや備え付けのティッシュ等がないのが不便でした。またタクシー予約等の手配も対応不可なようです。シャワー室の排水が悪い点も少々残念でした。 ステイ全般には満足していますが、いくつか改善されるといいなと思う点があったので総合評価は星3つです。」
