"We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived.. even gave us free popcorn/snacks for our child. There’s a storefront on-site which was also convenient. We were able to grab things like cup noodles and some meds, so you don’t need to leave the hotel if you need emergency essentials. The room was very spacious for a family of four. We booked the 2 bed and it also came with a pull-out couch. The room was very neat and tidy & they do room cleaning every other day. The location is ideal, especially being so close to the airport, and there was plenty of parking available. Breakfast was a typical continental spread, but the scrambled eggs were what I liked the most as they were well seasoned and one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. They also rotate the menu, so on different days you might see bacon or frittata, quiche, etc. If you’re following a keto or protein-focused diet, this is a great option. It’s very family friendly… our daughter enjoyed the yogurt with toppings for a healthier choice and they have a waffle maker too. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but the 24hr gym is definitely a plus. Overall, we’d absolutely stay here again on our next visit :)"

"I was given dirty towels stained sheets. I also had to take my family across the street to use their pool. Because the website didn’t state that the pool was closed. And me and my family were given such a hard time to get in the pool across the street like they told us to do."
