「Both evening and morning staff were so cheerful and pleasant. The hotel was clean and quiet and breakfast was really nice」

「There needs to be bars of soap for people that sit in the bathtub. The shower gels are too high for people in the tub and they have to stand in the tub just to get soap.」

「The price is attractive and the room is really big. The facilities are new and clean. Breakfast is convenient from 7:00 t0 10:00 AM. Enough parking slots for you to stay overnight.」

「This is a beautiful , upscale hotel/Inn. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They serve a wonderful breakfast and have fresh coffee available all day. They also bake fresh cookies in the afternoon and leave out with other snacks for the guests. Impeccably clean! It also has a landscaped area in the back with trails to hike and tables and chairs for events. I had a great experience and highly recommend staying here.」

「Staff was very friendly at the office. That’s the best I can say about this stay. We’ve come here for years and I can see the park going down hill FAST! Our room was not cleaned. There were dirty underwear in the shower. A large hole in bathroom floor. Filthy cracked bathroom sink. Dirty stained toilet. Refrigerator was cruddy and sticky on the outside. There was old food behind microwave. Broken blinds on front window. And cobwebs galore. Not sure we’ll be coming back again 😢」

「The place is falling apart and is terribly maintained. The room was dirty, the shower didn’t work, it smells, I would never recommend it to anybody. I put up with it because I had no other choice since I was traveling with my daughter and we arrived late at night. Left the next morning as fast as I could.」

「The flexibility in checking in. I needed to book a room without knowing when I would get there. We had a patient at geisinger and didn’t know what time we would arrive.」

「Not a good place to stay. Seedy and run down. Room was clean as far as linens, floors, bathroom. Walls lampshades not so much. Some suspicious characters outside. I stayed overnight because my husband was in nearby major hospital. After stressful weeks of hospital visits, I thought I'd give this hotel a try for lower cost but it just added to an already stressful situation. Safety catch on door broken. Wasn't very confident the door lock would hold Never again.」
