「The room was pristine. The heating was a little too hot for my liking and it wasn’t obvious how to turn it down or control it. No aircon.」

「Room was clean but there was a mark on the bedding which wasn't too savoury. We were given the disability room for some reason and that meant that the bathroom sink/mirror were low amongst other things. If we had stayed another night we would have asked to be moved as the hotel wasn't full. The staff were very nice as was the breakfast. 」
