"The tables and menu in the restaurant were not wiped down. The 2 twin beds were pushed together. Overall its fine and for the price and location, not horrible, but a bit run down for sure."

"The hotel is very well located and the staff were very nice. Allowed me to leave my bags before and after check in. The room was alright, but it was freezing the entire night and nothing I did to the thermostat would change it. I also couldn’t get the shower to heat up, but didn’t have time to ask someone to fix it."

"Was in a garden room which was fine but room was a cold, however oil filled heater was in the cupboard. Room was clean and en suite was spacious. Food was very expensive but no better than a home cooked meal. "

"Convenient for train travel. A beautiful Old hotel with an amazing modern art collection. The contrast is awesome! The staff are very helpful and friendly. We didn't try the lounge or restaurant but it looked really nice"
