「The room and bathroom were clean. The bed felt too hard and was uncomfortable. We heard multiple people in the hall throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. It was an ok experience but not worth the price. 」

「The neighbors above us were stomping around at 2am and the AC Unit in the original room we were given was making weird noises. We addressed this with the front staff & without hesitation they moved us to a different room, despite only having one night stay left. This alone was impressive for their customer service! 」

「Rough Stay on this one. First, the slide that is the whole reason we booked this hotel was broken, out of service. Dissappointing but it happens. We checked in and then once we got to the room the safe did not function and there was no bedding for the pull out. When requested, it was all "in the washer" and none was available. 「Our stay was just for the weekend but the room was very clean and had everything we needed. Marina cleaned our room and did an amazing job. Check in and check out was seemless as well. Property was clean. Hotel also very close to a major shopping store, variety of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Westminster in the future.」

「The suits is clean and quiet. Like it has sofa and desk. Breakfast is very simple. Stayed two nights but no WiFi and Att signal in this area is very poor, hardly connected to internet. Not good for business and traveling.」
