"The room was in generally good condition, though the bathroom sink did not drain and the TV remote worked sporadically. The location is handy to a Hofer and restaurants and also a nearby park. The traffic noise was a problem at night."

"Nice apartments but poorly managed. I have a long list of issues, that started with a very bad check in experience (property didn't send me the check in details, then the phone support wasn't able to give me directions to my apartment). After 20 minutes of searching and calls I finally got the instructions email and could get into my apartment. The apartment smelled like mould, coming from the bathroom. Toilet was dirty. I asked to be moved, and got another apartment quickly (that was a good point). The second apartment was also not cleaned properly: - smelly and dirty toilet and shower - dirty couch - dirty fridge - coffe spilled on the upper shelf in the kitchen - loose tap in the kitchen - dusty lights with dead bugs inside. Good parts: - clean bed sheets and towels - comfortable bed - warm rooms - nice design - good location - well equipped kitchen. I don't think I would stay here again in the future. "
