I had a few issues, I did expect better quality, I got a kingsize bed with 1x queen sized duvet and the pillows weren’t very comfortable. Lighting was difficult to figure out, there are too many light switches. ..."

Great hotel but a few details to sort out
"Most things were great but 3 niggles. The lack of a hospitality tray. I do expect tea and coffee in the room in this standard of hotel without having to ask for a kettle etc and then having to collect the tea and coffee from the bar myself. I detest the plastic undersheets! I can understand this ..."
