"Be aware that walls and ceilings are incredibly thin. Unless you are on the top floor you will hear the people walking around above you. We were woken up during the night throughout the weekend to the people above us stomping around. The noise went on for hours every day. Good luck getting ahold of property management, the number to call only gets you customer service which will just forward your concerns to the property management when they are around the next day. Not sure what their plan is if there was ever an emergency and residents can't contact the management. For what we paid to stay here it was terrible accommodations for the noise. We were promised the issue would be addressed but it was a consistent problem all 3 nights we were there. Definitely not staying here again if we are ever back in the city for work."

"Check in was smooth and parking was convenient. Kitchen had crumbs all over the top of the refrigerator where toaster was stored. Kitchen countertops felt very scummy. Glad I wasn’t cooking while I stayed - I would’ve had to clean space before prepping anything. "
