「The same poor lady at the front desk was working every time we went through the lobby. She was very nice and gave us good directions and delivery options. 「I booked a room for three adults. When we got to our room, it was for only two people. We called and they switched our room right away. They even brought us the key to the new room. I thought that was excellent customer service. We received bottle water as a welcome gift which was a nice touch to me.
