「If you’re looking for a quiet spot with plenty of room, Villa Venezia delivers. Quiet location, 20min walk to the beach one way and great restaurants the other way. Spacious accommodations with great balcony looking over the canal. Overall we really enjoyed our 3 nights here and would return again.」

「The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. 」

「Location is excellent and the property overall is in good condition. We booked through Global Luxury Suites which was probably the worst part of this experience. Host didn’t respond to inquiries. Only one toilet paper roll was provided, no paper towels provided, one portion of laundry detergent was provided (even though you are expected to wash your own towels). The employees at the front desk are hit or miss. We ended up having to go buy our own toilet paper, our own detergent, and our own body...

「Great place to stay as it’s right in the middle of Wynwood and you can walk for coffee, restaurants etc but if you have a car it’s inconvenient. Have to fight to find street parking or park in a garbage that’s pretty price per night. But if car is not an issue, it’s a good value for your money. 」

「Beautiful place and I would love to come back in the future once all the kinks are worked out and the construction is actually finished. I was unaware they had only opened a week before my stay. Things in my room didn’t work, cold and hot water was mixed up, the rugs in the room shed so bad and get on everything and is very itchy. elevators went down multiple times, one day for almost 4 hours, lot of the amenities that were a selling point were unavailable. 「We had the best stay here! The host was incredible. Super responsive, helpful, and gave us amazing recommendations that made our trip even better. The place was very clean and well kept. As a group of girls, we especially loved the long hallway mirror (such a small detail but SO appreciated for getting ready 😂). Everything about our stay was seamless, and the location was perfect. It honestly couldn’t have gone smoother. Highly recommend!」
