Stayed in room 813.. Rooms was very outdated..bathroom is old .. different color lights bed side lights..broken switch in bathroom (may be fire hazard) .. kids lazy pool is good and breakfast was decent. Won’t recommend anyone !

Cocoa Beach Suites
It’s definitely an older slightly run down motel more than hotel. The carpet thought was dingy and musty smelling. Our room smelled slightly of urine. Calling them Suites is an elaboration. Best Western Cocoa Beach - Port Canaveral
The whole place could use an update. The rooms didn't feel all that clean. The bottoms of our feet were black from walking on the carpets in our room. The view was nice from the beachfront building. Breakfast was ok. Make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and cereal and stuff. Nothing mind-blowing. ...
