"The stay was good, the check in process was very rough. If you don't fill out the form they send before you arrive then expect to be waiting a long time as you communicate with them over whatsapp.
Also, if you do fill out the form then it still might not work. The form failed for me many a time.

"It went all well, communication is good via WhatsApp with the NIK team. It's just that we had quite a disagreement as they only provide a fitted sheet for the 3rd guest, no bedsheet. I wasn't very happy that my daughter had to sleep directly under a blanket without bedsheets... or I had to pay to have sheets and pay for the delivery of the sheets as well.
It's not just about the price, just the principle.
