Our room was tiny, shower was open to the room so if traveling with a friend there’s no privacy when you shower. Tiny little room where the toilet was. It was ok for our 2 night stay just a bit uncomfortable.

Boa estadia.

Quarto limpo, adequado para a estadia rápida. Não usamos o sistema de calefação e mesmo dormindo de janela aberta (abre super pouco) o barulho não atrapalhou o sono. Espaço da ducha é pequeno porém dá para ter um banho confortável. A localização é excelente para quem for depender da estação de metrô, além de ter vários serviços ao redor que são uma mão na roda.

Melhor lugar para ficar em São Paulo

Excelente custo benefício, café maravilhoso, próximo a paulista e de muito outros pontos turísticos. Ao lado do metrô o que facilita bastante a locomoção dentro de São Paulo. Super seguro entendimento maravilhoso e ainda tem disponível água.

Ralo do banheiro entupido que alagou o quarto. Alem disso, as 7h30 da manha camareira ja batendo no quarto pra saber se esta ocupado.... ou seja, paguei um hotel para poder dormir ate mais tarde e ficar descansada e fui acordada 2x pelos funcionarios.

Decepcionante

A estadia foi razoável. Embora o quarto fosse o descrito no site, o checkin é absurdo! Filas imensas, precarização do trabalho dos recepcionistas (dois em pleno domingo)... Vim de um voo cansativo e longo e ter de esperar quase 45 min para um checkin é uma falta de respeito com o cliente. Também dormi e acordei na véspera do checkout com o alarme de incêndio disparado... muita aflição e nenhum encaminhamento sobre o que estava ocorrendo.... no final pediram desculpas só quando desci a recepção para saber o que estava ocorrendo. Disseram que o alarme disparou e se desculparam... Enfim, a localização é boa, mas não voltaria a repetir a experiência.

O hotel precisa de reformas, no meu quarto a descarga é antiga, a pintura da porta apresenta desgaste de tempo, a cama tem um ruído muito alto, parece que a madeira esteja quebrada.
