「Clean room. Pleasant staff. Only the air conditioner was a little loud stayed there last year , this year,and plan a return for next year.」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was fairly large for a single. A comfortable king size bed and great air conditioning. We would stay here again.」

「This place was over $300/night but it was like staying in a $60/night motel. The carpet throughout the hotel was filthy and also unvacuumed. The wallpaper was old and peeling. The room smelled awful, like dirty feet, likely because the carpet in the room was old and filthy. Also, the smoke detector hung from the ceiling by its wires. I’m not high maintenance or prone to exaggerating—this place was nasty.」

「The property is new, its great. But the TV is not set up for use, an there are no channels available. Also WiFi didn't work even with correct information having been input. These seem like small things but they are assumed to work, and when you arrive back to your room late, I dont have the patience to run these issues down」

「The property is well maintained OUTSIDE. But filthy and extremely outdated INSIDE. The only thing that was actually clean were the bed sheets thank god. We were staying here coming from Boston to fly out of providence airport on an early morning flight. My kids cried saying they wanted to go home and it looked like a haunted house. The couch had a stain on it that was questionable. This place needs some serious TLC. No one should have to be in those conditions even for the low price.」
