「It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. 」

「Everything about Resort Rio is attractive. Highlights were the huge swimming pool (which unfortunately we couldn't use due to Covid, however we did click loads of pictures around the entire property), the staff, the food and ambiance. 「Lovely resort. Great service. Airport pickup. Reception. My room overlooking the pool and garden. Restaurant. Pool bar. The staff, all of whom give it all they've got. Friendly atmosphere. 「The staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. The hotel is exceptionally clean. They go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was fabulous, so many varieties to cater for all and again the staff serve your every need. The only, very minor point I have is the bathroom, the layout is a bit odd and the shower doors have a gap which means water leaks out all over the bathroom.」

「We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. 「This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and I was happy to see it was still the same good place as back in 2016. The staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms are simple but clean. To reach the beach it´s about 2-3 minutes walk. The room and the pool area look exactly as pictures on the booking site. Overall, once again a good experience.」
