This is a great hotel with fantastic staff. That staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a convenient area surrounded by shops, restaurants, banks, sweet shops, and very close to the train station.

One night in Vasco

Very nice hotel in a good location for airport and city center. I stayed there one night because of an early fligth, an that was perfect. Not far to walk to the Japanies garden. Staff was very helpful and restaurant served good food.

I had an amazing stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The only problem here is parking is very limited since you can only park on the front and side of the property. But I would highly recommend this place because the rooms were clean and service is amazing.

Good for short stay

We had a late flight so we’re looking for a hotel close to the airport as the hotel fir the rest of our stay was located much further. The front desk staff were amazing, very courteous and polite. The room was quite big and clean as was the bathroom but it is a bit run down. It was perfect for our 1 night stay and breakfast was also decent. All the staff are friendly and professional, no complaints really and the hotel price is very reasonable so happy with what we paid for it.

Poppa G`s Pleasant Stay At The H.Q. Hotel

The H.Q. staff was absolutely professional and friendly. The room was quite pleasant and marvelously comfortable. My Deluxe room rate included breakfast and dinner which means that the meals are included in the price of the room. My visit was for 5 days and all of the food was hearty and delicious. Also the hotel is within walking distance of my business meetings which made the walk splendid for me. Definitely...The H.Q. Hotel will receive my business again via Hotels.com.

Great hotel, attentive staff.

Hotel is of a high standard and staff are super friendly and attentive. The area is not pretty and is more of a functioning port town than a touristy kind of place. Good location if you need an overnight near the airport.

Do not waste your money

Terrible experience at the hotel. Completely unconcerned staff with no manner or etiquettes. Bad food, worst service! I did a mistake choosing this hotel. Not worth the tarrif they charge Unnecessarily expensive Horrible!

Schimmel überall

Schreibe sonst nie Reviews, weil ich meistens mit den Ratings konform gehe. Dieses hotel hat mich aber so negativ überrascht, dass ich was schreiben muss. Schon in der Lobby riecht es muffig. Der Hammer war aber mein Zimmer. Soviel schimmel habe ich bislang noch nie erlebt! Absolut gesundheitsgefährdend und unbeschreiblich mies. Frühstück ebenfalls zum abgewöhnen. Enzig positives das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Der Manager bedrängte mich nach meiner Beschwerde aber sehr, vor seinen Augen eine Bewertung zu schreiben! Kommen daher die noch relativ guten Bewetungen?

Arrived very early morning

From the doorman to the porter to the front desk, they made me feel like I was the most important customer. They even brought me a chilled nectar drink to help me relax. The room was intended short term and was nicely appointed, but I could have stayed there longer.
