Travelled with 2 adults and 2 kids. Got a double room. Lots of space, beautiful pool. Excellent chef! Unfortunately there was an issue with the plumbing and our toilet flooded twice. The hotel asks you to put your used toilet paper in the garbage -while gross this apparently is standard in Brazil. We did that the whole time yet it still flooded. Which was gross. The hotel was really good about it and moved us to another room but it was a major inconvenience.

Localizado no centrinho de Ilhabela (Vila), próximo à lojinhas charmosas, restaurantes e bares. As praias para banho ficam um pouco distantes. A cordialidade dos funcionários da pousada são um diferencial. Desde nossa chegada na recepção, o serviço personalizado no café da manhã servido com muito charme, as dicas para passeios, os bilhetes e mimos das camareiras que arrumam o quarto, eles são incríveis. A limpeza também é nota 10. O café servido às tardes com um suco natural e bolo fresquinhos são mais que um agrado. Pousada charmosa no meio da natureza, piscina linda. Fui por recomendação e minha família amou!!! Pretendemos recomendar e voltar, com certeza.

Pegamos uma fila horrível na balsa, 6h, estávamos exaustos e ser bem recebido no Hotel Vila Kebaya foi marabilhoso. Vila Kebaya de um modo geral é excelente O que mais nos impressionou foram os hóspedes VIPs( macaquinhos) vindo comer, passear pela área do café da manhã , não fazem algazarra não 😁. O café da manhã é maravilhoso , a vista é incrível, os colaboradores são felizes e educados … Amei voltarei sim e tb recomendo July USA 🇺🇸❤️🇧🇷

Poderia ser nota máxima!!! 👍 Atendimento foi impecável, todos os dias. A cortesia e a maneira que os funcionários tratam os hóspedes é digno de aplausos!! ☹️ Tamanho do quarto e armário deixam a desejar. Além disso faltou água praticamente uma tarde toda na pousada… dureza não ter um plano pra não deixar isso acontecer. 👍 Café da manhã é maravilhoso. ☹️ Barulho, esse foi duro. Vindo da rua, pois a pousada fica no centro da ilha perto de muitos bares e restaurantes do quarto se ouve toda música ao vivo possível. Também tem barulho vindo da pousada, fiquei no mesmo andar onde fica o restaurante da pousada. Às 4:30 da manhã a galera começa a preparação do café da manhã, o barulho dos espremedores e afins parecem estar dentro do quarto.

O Hotel é excelente, muito bem localizado na Vila, perto de lojinhas e restaurantes. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. A equipe super gentil e atenciosa. Lençóis e toalhas de ótima qualidade.
