"This is a wonderful hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, room was big and bed very comfortable, AC in our room was excellent. Hotel has a good gym and the parking garage was easy to navigate. I will definitely be staying here again on future visits."

"The staff was very nice and they were courteous. But there was no elevator in this hotel. The breakfast was good. They had construction going on on the first floor. I had to walk up three flights of stairs with my heavy luggage because they had no elevator. And they had no cable access only local channels no access to YouTube Netflix or prime video. My overall rating for Lago Palmas’s a four out of 10."

"O Hotel é ótimo bem situado, confortável. O Restaurante Palazzo é maravilhoso , confortável, boa comida, bons vinhos e um atendimento excelente, sem contar o maravilhoso café da manhã. Enfim é um excelente conjunto e isto faz do Hotel Girassol Plaza, um lugar ótimo para ficar. "

"O hotel precisa estar mais atento à preparação do quarto no check-in (faltou toalhas!!!). Depois nas arrumações diárias faltava lençóis e toalhas e era preciso pedir na recepção! Os travesseiros são péssimos (baixos demais e sem qualidade alguma). O café da manhã é bom e os demais itens do hotel estão OK pelo custo. "
