Experiência ruim.

Já havia ficado no hotel em outra oportunidade e fiz até uma avaliacão boa, apesar de nao ser bem recebida no momento do do check inn. Mas infelizmente foi muito pior nessa estadia. O ar condicionado não funcionava como deveria, me senti mal em um dia e solicitei apenas um limão no café da manhã, mas negaram e disseram que os limões eram apenas para preparo dos alimentos. No final a funcionária da limpeza entrou no nosso quarto enquanto ainda estavamos lá e antes do horario de check out, que bom que ja estavamos devidamente "prontos para sair". Não tem bom custo beneficio.

O hotel atende minhas necessidades e expectativas, pois está bem localizado no centro de Palmas, possui um bom atendimento na recepção e os quartos, em minha opinião, são limpos, confortáveis e com um tamanho suficiente.

Tive uma péssima experiência durante minha estadia, o hotel é extremamente barulhento, acordei várias vezes na madruga, barulho de porta batendo (mas não há como fechar a porta sem fazer barulho) e na madrugada barulho de cozinha (mesmo estando no 1ºº andar). Devido não ter conseguido descansar bem, eu não me hospedaria novamente

Breve susuto com tudo certo no final

Experiencia foi boa, unico problema foi o check-in. O recocionista relatou que não sabia da reserva feita através dos hotel.com. Realmente ela foi feita em cima da hora no periodo da noite e chegamos poe volto das 2h da manhã. Ele disse que o quarto não deveria estar disponível no site. Apesar disso tinha quarto e deu tudo certo no final, só não tinha a cama de casal conforme a reserva.

As instalações são simples, mas bem aceitáveis. Não há elevador, porque o hotel só tem dois andares, mas carregar mala pesada para o segundo andar não é agradável. O hotel oferece Netflix, mas a TV ao vivo tem pouquíssimos canais e fica fora do ar frequentemente. O café da manhã é razoável, mas só é servido a partir das sete horas. Cheguei no hotel as 21:30 h voltando do jantar e fiquei trancado do lado de fora por uns 10 minutos até o único funcionário voltar a trabalhar. No início da hospedagem me deparei com um cotonete usado, no chão perto da janela. Fiquei inseguro quanto a higiene. Paguei todas as diárias na chegada, mas o hotel queria cobrar uma no checkout. Muita desorganização.

O quarto tem uma TV que fica lateral a cama, ou seja, para conseguir assistir você vira a cabeça ou deita na lateral da cama; O frigobar não fica abastecido, e você precisa pedir e pagar na recepção; 2 lances de escada onde o recepcionista nem mesmo pergunta se você quer ajuda com as malas; Não existe opções de refeição no próprio hotel.
