Dentre os pontos positivos, o hotel é bem localizado e oferta um ótimo café da manhã. Possui garagem fechada com sombra, o que é importante para Palmas. Frente aos pontos a melhorar: - Atendimento: na reserva pedimos um quarto arejado e sem mofo ou umidade. Mesmo com o hotel longe de estar com ocupação máxima, recebemos um quarto térreo e sem janela. Solicitamos a troca e fomos atendidos, mas me pergunto porque esse desgaste desnecessário... - Quarto: apertado e sem condições de trabalho. A "bancada" de trabalho era uma.mesinha portátil e dobrável, mais baixa que o assento da própria cadeira disponibilizada. Mal cabia um notebook. Sem condições de uso. - Manutenção: nosso quarto (108) possuía uma caixa de energia que, quando algum apartamento vizinho ligava a central de ar, gerava barulho e calor. Dava a impressão de que poderia entrar em curto de maneira rápida a qualquer momento e atrapalhava o descanso. - Chuveiro: necessitando manutenção urgente, jogava agua.para todos os lados; - Toalhas: muito desgaste pelo uso, precisando troca urgente. Em resumo, há opções melhores em Palmas pelo valor que cobra. E um cuidado com o hóspede na sua chegada seria um diferencial importante, mas ele não existiu conosco.

O hotel é bom. O que atrapalha o conforto do quarto é o ar condicionado antigo que tem uma luz que mais parece um holoforte e não desliga atrapalhando dormir bem. Fora isso que foi horrível. O café da manhã é bom, estacionamento bom, lugar para refeição próximo e funcionários educados.

o apartamento não primava pela funcionalidade: tomadas poucas, e pouco acessíveis; banheiro falho, por exemplo, sabonete no chão... Cama com acesso difícil. Mas, os funcionários, incluindo o gerente, foram excelentes: gentis, prestativos, amigáveis, bem humorados. Compensaram as deficiências do prédio.

Chegamos e não fomos bem recebidas. Em Palmas basicamente todos pernoitam por conta do Jalapão, mas não serviram o café antes e tampouco tentaram ser simpáticos por isso, nosso guia teve que nos aguardar. No café tem opções de buffet de café da manhã para solicitar e quando fomos solicitar nos falaram: mas assim todos vão querer pedir também. Falta de sensibilidade com o hóspede
