「房間很大；露天泡湯還可以超近看到滑雪場；日式榻榻米的床要自己動手舖；附近沒有其他商店，都需要開車或搭乘接駁巴士，飯店本身的餐館選擇不多，雖然自助餐內容豐富，但如果住宿多日可能會吃膩而需要外食或自備糧食。附設滑雪場很方便，還有免費兒童玩雪與滑雪練習區，如需租用滑車或滑雪板 滑雪盆等道具才需要費用。」

「Hotel Hanabun was a great ryokan experience! It is nestled in the mountains offering a peaceful getaway from touristy/crowded areas. It had the best onsen water, even the locals went there to bathe! The hosts and staff are all friendly and accommodating to your needs. Google translate was necessary to communicate, but everyone is very patient. The food was incredibly delicious, and they use locally sourced, fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy ryokan. 」

「I stayed at line myoko in end of feb in 2023, and came again in March 2024. The hotel staff are all still very friendly, and front desk staff Yoko San has especially been very helpful to me in every way from arranging rides and even in driving and accompanying me in snowboarding rental. I really appreciate the way she is committed and devoted in delivering the best customer service and hospitality. I always feel like a vip staying at the lime myoko in off peak season. 「好大型的酒店也有好多設施，自助餐和溫泉都很好，位立於滑雪場內。但個人覺得這個滑雪場對我這種snow board初級者不太適合，最底的綠色線雪道地形斜道不夠，橫版基本上動不了。如果上去上一條綠色線，雪道太窄而且九曲十三彎，加上最大問題是沿途旁邊全是萬丈深淵，心理壓力太大。」

Some English speaking staff, who were honestly the best we met in our two week stay in Japan.
