"We stayed 2 nights, and for the most part it was good. The woman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Family Studio Suite, which was very nice, but required going down 75 steps (yes, I counted...), which was hard since I have problems with my knees. The only other down side was that the hot water was sporatic, which I sort of expected after reading other reviews. There WAS hot water to shower several different times, but several other times there was not. I don't know what the issue was. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing."

"The breakfast was not the best, it was very repetitive and limited. Some of the staff at the front desk were not the friendliest and not willing to help us. For example booking a tour, instead of helping us figure out how to book it the lady at the front desk simply handed us a pamphlet without saying a word to us. Our microwave did not work the whole time and on our final night when we came back from being out all day, all our towels were gone so we had to use a small hand towel for our showers. In addition they kept running out of beach towels whenever we wanted to go to the pool. There is no room service and or dining options besides breakfast, so you will have to either Uber Eats or walk down the road for lunch and or dinner. "

"The property is efficiently arranged and incredibly clean. There are also a couple of 'oasis' areas in the hotel where you can take in a view of the surrounding mountains and enjoy a fresh breeze from garden atrium. Good restaurant food as well which makes this a great venue for solo travelers"

"Friendly neighborhood, restaurants in walking distance and Claro phone services. There wasn't ac, there was a fan. The room and washrooms are nice. There is a mini fridge but you need to plug it in. The property has a friendly dog and greenery/green house area. Sometimes the dog pees there and does it's business. Maybe better training of the dog would be good. It would also be nice if staff was at the front desk more as sometimes WhatsApp messages take a long time for a response or non-response I'm not sure if it was because of Easter, but the church across the street was very loud even at 2am Friday to Sunday morning. The streets were full of church goers so I assume there was an event. Had I known, I wouldn't have stayed there. "
