"We loved the views and customer service! However, we were not told that we needed to make reservations for dinner at least 24hours prior to arrival. We had to go somewhere else to have dinner. We couldn't use the pool because they told us that is was only for summer time, but we were there in May, and it was already hot, and the weather was perfect for a splash in the pool."

"Ginsyou is an older, well maintained property. Not all that modern. We ordered the dinner and breakfast at the hotel and found it to be way over the top. We could barely get through the dinner, as there was so much of it. The breakfast also consisted of some rather unusual food that my stomach could not tolerate in the morning. And there was no coffee with it. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, though. "
