I would have given it a 0 but that was not an option.The entire property is run down and dirty on the outside. The room clearly had not been cleaned. Therr was residue on the toilet seat, floors, mirrors and chairs. The tub was stained. Rust on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. 「The carpet was stained and dirty, food on floor, thermostat fell off the wall, no heat, toilet paper on roll was less than half, and stains on bedspread. Needless to say, I went to the front desk and told them that I wanted a full refund and showed them pictures. We left and went somewhere else」
