「Wenn man das Hotel betritt, wird man vom Personal leider nicht mal begrüßt. Ich arbeite selbst im Service und das ist ein no go für mich. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks ist für meinen Geschmack nicht besonders gut. Kein aufgeschnittenes Obst, Joghurt und Quark ohne Beschriftung, defekte filterkaffee Maschine war letztes Jahr auch schon. Ganz viel Luft nach oben. Alles Kleinigkeiten, die man leicht erledigen kann 」

「The stay was very nice. Loved the spa amenities, in particular the sauna and the steam bath, open until 11pm. The breakfast buffet was decent, but nothing spectacular. It was rather limited with pre-cooked scrambled eggs, the cold meat spread did not include any Lox, and the bacon was almost entirely under cooked. 「除了水壓不穩，洗頭不太方便，其他都很不錯。我們很喜歡裡面小廚房，冰箱烤箱都很大，應有盡有。都清潔的很乾淨。也很喜歡房間內臥榻的部分，連接著滿版的玻璃牆。如果需要客房清潔，最好去跟櫃檯預約，不然不一定當天會去清潔。」

「Tolles zugewandtes Personal. Die Zimmer sind absolut sauber und entsprechen der Beschreibung. Die Lobby ist sehr großzügig und ansprechend gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auch der gut gelegene Parkplatz ist ein großes Plus für den Gast. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die selbstschließenden Flurtüren. Die könnten besser eingestellt sein, damit sie nicht immer mit lautem Geräusch zufallen.」

「La Sala is not a good restaurant, bad service, avoid. The Constant Grind is good for a quick breakfast. They will not do the room unless you let them know before 8am, so forget having the room done on your first day. By default, they only do it on the third day... For the almighty environmental God!!! Besides that, it is good overall. 」
