I should have paid extra for a proper room with a private bathroom and ample room for my luggage. Staff were really good and helpful. There was a reasonable bar in the wider reception area. For us the beds were too firm and I prefer having access to tea/coffee facilities rather than having to pay for it all in the lobby bar.
