「This place is really nice, but they did not give us enough wash clothes. And for the price , should have gotten queen size beds. Was close to the stadium which was a plus!! Thank you!!!」

「Beautiful property and surrounding area. Extremely clean and elegantly updated. The reason for 4 stars: rooms do not have mini frig, or coffee makers. Also they don't have a small store to purchas sundries and lastly, their really isn't a Conceige... so no brochures or help. We found out the day we left that there was shuttle, which we would have utilized if we had known..」

「The hotel was great! Convenient to going to a concert in Charlotte. The room is perfect! Cozy couch, business desk, nice bed, great shower and amenities. Every member of staff we met were very nice and helpful. Zero problems we'd return. ***Management might consider cleaning carpet and couch. Quite a few stains.」

「Beautiful room and spacious with comfortable beds. We have a dog which they gladly accommodated but we were on the 4th floor and needed to walk her through the lobby full of guests to reach the outside. That was my only questionable comment. Such friendly staff!」

「We appreciated the gates entry. The apt was clean and spacious. The best for the money I’ve seen. We lost power our first night there and the virtual assistant was very responsive and all was restored in a very short time period. 」
