「The front desk staff and bar staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. There was little to no eye contact and front desk lady was on her phone while checking me (us) in. When I asked about the fire pit on the patio to be turned on, I was told it was not the season for it however, another couple was sitting by a fire on the other side of the courtyard. 「The pictures on booking do not match the actual motel not hotel. The room spell like smoke when i was supposedly in a non smoking room. It did not have a great variety of food for breakfast. The kitchen staff could not even speak English. 」

「In the pictures this hotel has a pool but when you get there there's no pool they filled the pool in which was the whole reason I booked it was to go swimming straight garbage and staff refuse to give me a refund even though I didn't want to stay there because there was no pool. And the vending machine tries to charge you $3.10 for a drink that's outrageous」
