A pleasant and affordable base for travelling

Hossam and Liz were great hosts and made our stay very pleasant. Hossam was there to meet us at the airport upon landing and also dropped us at the local bus station when we left. The apartment is very spacious and ideal if you are looking for a simple place to stay. It has aircon to all rooms and the apartments have a communal pool. It is a short walk to the local Metro shop as well as the local shopping area which has a selection of restaurants and is surrounded by properties under construction (not active when we stayed). The only thing which let the place down was the physical condition of the apartment which needs a bit more maintenance/updating, but as an affordable base with great service it works well.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Not so expensive, clean modern appartment with all comfort. Not far from everything. Close to Mamsha. Very friendly staff. Pick up from the airport when needed

Ruhiger Apartmentkomplex mit Pool

Das Gebäude besteht aus Eigentumswohnungen, z.T. langfristig bewohnt und z.T. an Touristen vermietet. Wir wurden vom Verwalter vom Flughafen abgeholt. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns am ersten Tag auch zum Supermarkt und zur Tauchschule gefahren, sodass wir uns erst einmal orientieren und die wichtigsten Erledigungen machen konnten. Auch später war er immer erreichbar. Generell ist vom Gebäude aus alles fußläufig erreichbar: Supermarkt, gutes ägyptisches Restaurant gegenüber (El Kawther Restaurant), Einkaufsstraße, öffentlicher Strand, etc. Wenn man Tauchen möchte oder sonstige Unternehmungen bucht, wird man ohnehin i.d.R. am Hotel / Apartment vom Anbieter abgeholt, sodass hier die Entfernung eher eine untergeordnete Rolle spielt. Im Apartment war alles vorhanden: komplette Küche, Fön, Waschmaschine, Ventilator (den wir lieber benutzt haben als die Klimaanlage), Bücher, Playstation, Wasserspender mit Trinkwasser, etc.), sodass man sich schnell heimisch gefühlt hat. Die Möbel und Amaturen sind schon etwas älter, was aber die Nutzbarkeit keineswegs einschränkt. Auch der Pool ist nutzbar. Die Handtücher und Betten waren sauber und rochen frisch. Der Boden / einige Ecken hätten hier und da etwas sauberer sein können, hier muss man aber selbst wissen, ob man den "deuschen Standard" (Hotel) zwingend braucht. Bzgl. Sicherheit: am Eingang ist immer eine "Wache". Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super und wir würden dieses Apartment jeder Zeit wieder einem Hotel vorziehen.

Wonderful stay

It was very nice to stay here. Nice environment, u have everything u need, 2 swimmingpools, the flat u rent is very nice decorated, simple but very nice. The manager is very friendly, is very helpful. I am very happy to have stayed there and next time i certainly will go back. Very recommended.

Business trip to Hurghada

We were their for 5 nights for business meeting & some works in Hurghada Airport, hotel located near to airport which makes our daily commute easy. Room sizes are quite small, but have basic amenities for cooking.

I've stayed at this Apartment hotels , it's a good balance between location (convenient to several places in sheraton or alkawther by car, walking, or bus) and price. It's an older place but good for what you pay. The walls are very thin - I heard my neighbour snoring! It's a very clean place. A lick of paint here and there would improve things, as would thicker pillows and sheets.
