「The hotel is on the hill side and 10~15 min walk from Mainz HBF. If you walk from station with heavy luggage, it will not be a good idea. The room size is big, however the view outside is not that attractive.」

「Wir waren zum 2. Mal im WENS Hotel. Check-in war wieder sehr freundlich und schnell. Mein Neffe und wir haben die gleichen Zimmer wie beim letzten Aufenthalt bekommen, danach hatten wir vorher gefragt und es wurde prompt eingerichtet und möglich gemacht. Parkplätze für unseren Transporter gibt es reichlich um das Hotel. 「When we step into the room, we find the window is open. We don't mind it. At night, unknown insects gather the top of the ceiling. lt's horrible. The other thing is there is no hot water kettle in the room and I couldn't deserve hot water in the front desk. I have lived in the other Ibis and the front desk always give me hot water.」
