We found the staff very pleasant. We arrived earlier morning from Jamaica and after hours of travel it was wonderful to find Mr. Serkan at the front desk. He was more than welcoming. Loved the heated bathroom floor ✅

Wonderful stay and value!

Amazing stay and breakfast! The price was cheap, the breakfast buffet was perfect and much larger than what I expected, and the staff and cleanliness were great as well. This hotel will be on my list if I need to stay in Frankfurt for any events.

Everything was excellent apart from 2 things. The room could have been a bit more plush or nice in decoration and secondly, the bar staff could have been a little bit more nicer to me even if they have to pretend considering the receptionist were very nice.

The hotel was very nice and clean, it had a nice fitness facility. The only issue I had was it was quite warm in the room and I could not get the temperature regulated to a comfortable temperature. The Thermostat would only go +1,+2 or -1,-2 of the temperature of the room, which didn’t seem to work. Also I found the bed to be quite uncomfortable, aside from that the hotel was good.

We had a wonderful stay, Very Clean , New and quiet room. kind staff. The Only thing no water cooker inside the room, but you can ask at the bar. We would definitely be back again next time. Thank you.

Excellent choice for a Hotel

Great hosts, all the staff was friendly and the room was impeccably clean. The bus stop is just a short walking distance and it took me right to the airport. Great choice.
