「I stayed in a handicap room, and the walk-in shower drained out the bathroom door. I did bring it to the front desk's attention. They knew already. I just asked for extra towels to soak up the water everywhere. You can tell they are trying to make it look upgraded but if you look closely, they didn't replace, just painted over items. No pool, but had a washer and dryer. The breakfast was lacking, with not a lot of fresh choices. Forks/knives provided were the cheapest, bent even when trying to...

「Do not judge a book by its cover. They are doing renovation in the area around the hotel. Once you find the small entryway you will see a beautiful hotel. Inside is wonderful. Staff was kind and on top of everything you wanted. Bar in lobby. Food on premises or within walking distance. Grocery store a 1/2 block. We would stay there again. Very clean and quiet rooms. 」

「It was a slightly updated migrant hotel. Lots living there. It’s supposed to be smoke free but they were smoking in the rooms every night.」

「DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE!!!!! I called on Sunday night to ask about a deposit and they said there wasnt one, get there Monday to check in and they say there's a deposit the policy went into effect that day. So we went and did some Uber deliveries and Walmart deliveries to make the money pull back up at 930 before check in cut off time and get told that they have no rooms and they sold out even tho I had already paid for the room! Didn't even bother to try and find us a different hotel. Absolutely...

「Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!」

「The room is pretty clean and nice. But the bed is horrible. It’s super squeaky and small. I was too scared to move all night. 」

「Room was really clean and cool. Can tell the property is new and there’s nothing wrong with that. Great TV with remote. Nice little balcony area. The music for the bar is loud and runs late but if you’re used to that then you’ll be fine. No mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. Those are my only complaints. And it would be cool to have ice available at all times. 」
