「Lovely stay fantastic for children!」

「The room is old and not very clean. The towels have some yellow dots. The price is good but I will not have another try next time.」

「The entrance from Viewland Drive is not really convenient for going to Hasting Street. However, rooms are big enough and quite comfortable, staffs are very kind. I left a bag in the room after checked out and they helped me to find it back in efficiency.」

「While the hotel was in a convenient spot for a visit to the local hospital we were not really happy with the cleanliness, especially of the day bed which has stains of unknown origin. Other than that it wasn't too bad」

「Great location, walking distance to main strip of beach and dining but a block away so it’s quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly upon check in. Property is well kept, clean, and all necessary amenities required. Only slight feedback is the air con is pre-set and we weren’t allowed to change it. The bedroom was quite warm and stuffy at night even with the door open so it wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep in. Otherwise, the property itself is great 」

「We travelled as 2 adults and 2 kids. We all loved the heated pools and spas. The location was fabulous, opposite the beach and the surf club. It's so easy to get to shopping facilities. 」

「when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good...
