「First of all, I had a wonderful day at your hotel at the front desk. Sharon and Rachel were awesome. Very kind. Sweet and accommodated. Have a wonderful attitude. That alone will make me go back. 「The hotel was in a great location to stay while I had a family member in the hospital across the street. It wasn't super busy and the front desk staff was great about letting us check in about an hour early and getting extra coffee pods and a toothbrush that was forgotten at home.
