「Management and cleanliness of this property were significantly below professional standards. Our stay was marred by poor communication and complete lack of basic hospitality. On arrival, the hotel could not find our Expedia reservation, causing unnecessary stress after international travel. Despite submitting our passport information ahead of time, we were forced to resubmit it to an "unfamiliar number" via messaging, which raised privacy and security concerns. 「Pros: Great location, has air con(2) & washer and dryer, cute apartment, king sized bed, floor to ceiling windows and has a door person so I felt safe. Cons: Air conditioner(both) starting leaking water, it was clear this had been an ongoing issue as per the warped walls. When I checked in on Saturday it was super loud all night long, not sure if there was an event in the park but ear plugs were provided - luckily the rest of the nights were quiet.
