Beautiful and clean apartment, just as shown in the pictures. Comfortable. Near many bars and restaurants, yet quiet (we were on a high floor). Will definitely come back.

Ery close to the ocean and restaurants. Helpful staff but do not try to communicate via expedia as they did not answer. You can get the number and use whatsapp which seems to be the way to communicate.This way they scheduled us a taxi from and to the airport The number is actually 351 calle Berlin which created some confusion

Things to be aware of … this place is located very close to a night life area. It’s on the 3rd floor facing the street. The unit does not have AC (not sure how normal that is in Peru). We stayed during Holy Week and it was warm so we had to have the windows open. This led to it being difficult to sleep because of how loud the night life and cars were yet having to keep the windows open for ventilation. The unit itself is new and very nice. No complaints about that.

The address number listed on Expedia site and info messaged says 363 which does not exist. The correct address is 351. The microwave was not working properly but we were able to use one downstairs. The fridge leaked a little water from somewhere every few days no idea why as we had nothing in the fridge that would spill. But overall was a great apt to stay in Miraflores. Security at front door to buzz people in and out made it feel very safe. Great location. Would stay here again.

It is few blocks away from everything! Fairly quiet but thin ceiling and we could hear people above us walking steps. We spotted some bugs but maybe came through the windows. The Water drainage in one of showers was bad and also We wished there was a hair dryer.

Place was unusually worn for a new place. Walls, floor and furniture were dirty. No cover on the vents on the outside of the balcony which caused excessive noise and filth. Check in was much confusion with the front desk. Never will stay at a wynwood in the future. Thumbs down.

Loud

The hotel is in a wild party area. The windows and walls do not stop any sound. On Friday night the loud noise ended at 5:40 AM of Saturday morning. Not knowing this we had our young daughter with us and people tried to sell us drugs on the street two doors down from the building as I walked with her. The establishments in the area were not good restaurants but rather party bars. There were some better restaurants a few blocks away.

The room has no air-con and no fans. We bought fans because it was too hot to sleep at night, so it's possible they'll be generous enough to keep the fans in the apartment for the next guests. You can't leave windows open at night because there is a very noisy bar downstairs. The bar will be playing loud music until around 3am on some nights. The floors were incredibly dirty. It seemed like they had never been mopped so we were wearing sandals inside the apartment all the time. You could not take out your own rubbish because the garbage room was locked. A lot of the gym equipment was broken and they did not turn on the AC in the gym and there was no remote. We could use dumbells and treadmill but the larger equipment was broken and the dumbell bench was stuck at an incline and could not be moved. The mattresses were too firm. There was a bad smell in the bathroom but we fixed that by pouring water in the floor drain. Apart from that the apartment is modern and the appliances we used worked.

Localização excelente! Apartamento muito bom!
