"The place was clean and the staff were very respectful. Instead of common cards, the hotel uses an electronic system with buttons to set the "Do not disturb" or "please clean" status. The room's cleaning system requires the card to be always inserted to the electricity slot, otherwise the DND sign turns off and the staff will not understand it. I suggest receiving 2 room keycards to deal with this issue. Otherwise, it's a very clean hotel in a busy area with lots of shops and good access to tourism areas."

"Room was very clean and spacy. Station, shops and market, they were all walking distance. Staff was very helpful and friendly."

"Breakfast at hotel is located in B1 which require to walk down a flight of steps, no lift at all as it is an old building. Requested airport transfer, was told NT1100 but while arriving driver said is NT1200 due to Terminal 2."
