「No había calefacción, hacía un frío insoportable y muchísima humedad, la única solución que nos dieron la noche antes de irnos fue un pequeño calefactor, que era más un calienta manos, fatal, pasamos mucho frío, después continuábamos nuestro viaje varios días que los he tenido que disfrutar resfriada por culpa del frío de esta habitación, muy desagradable la verdad y no había ningún dueño que diera la cara. Quiero poner una reclamación. 」

「Habitaciones muy cómodas! La comida muy rica, todo el personal muy amable! La única oportunidad de mejora es el proceso de ingreso en recepción ya que hicimos mas de 1 hora de fila, ojala puedan optimizar estos tiempos. De cualquier forma el personal nos dio una hora mas a la salida por esta situación compensando esa perdida de tiempo así que nosotros felices, muchas gracias!」

「Great size room for standard. You get a box back in England for the same price. Huge bed and so comfortable. When I first sat on it I thought the mattress was really firm but because it was memory foam I woke up feeling so fresh every day and my back wasn’t in pain. Same with the pillows. The pillows aren’t wide standard ones so you aren’t so far down the bed. Best sleep we had. Chilled vibes and staff are all so friendly in all departments. I have family from around the area so will definitely...
