Helpful front desk for recommendations and general service. Parking is challenging due to the location. Just park in front of the hotel in the loading zone, check in and receive a referral to an underground lot 60 meters down the street for 10 euros per night. Wifi is typical hotel “mediocre”, but it’s free and works. Location is great as it’s 2 minutes walk to a fantastic beach and about 30 minutes walk to Old Town (which is really great). Recommended!

Very nice room with good clean facilities. Staff on reception very good and helpful. Parking expensive but made it easier. Position of hotel in town but plenty of restaurants and easy walk to beach. Also resonably close to stop 12 or 12a of the red city hop on bus.

This was what I was hoping for when booked. It was relatively easy to walk to the historic center. The beach was very close and there were tons of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and the room perfect for our needs. The final touch was the complimentary bottle of cava!

Great staff, front desk as friendly and helpful as possible. Housekeeping superb. Nice facility close to dining, necessities and beach. Only ten minute bus ride from the heart of old Cadiz. My room was not as sound proof as I would have liked.

12 times in Europe, visited about 50 cities in Europe ( I don’t sure if more or less cities ) but this hotel is one of the best we stayed. No complaint, small but pretty nice hotel, very, very clean, close to everything, the bus from the hotel to the historical downtown stops 200 feet away. Front desk staff awesome, specially Juan Diego Rodriguez, he explain to us all the interest sites to visit and how to get there ( which bus # ). Also the city is beautiful, cheap food everywhere, the beach is about to block to the south to the Main Street. For sure, for sure we will return to the city and we will be stay in the Regio Cadiz Hotel.

Stayed here before as its a good location. Parking reduced and 50m walk, 50m to a wonderful beach n promenade and 50m for a regular reliable bus to the old town. Spacious room. Lots of hot water. Great buffet breakfast.

Nice hotel, not so nice town

Very nice hotel, a block away from the promenade and beach, about 30 minutes walk to the old Cadiz. (There is another Regio hotel on the same street), Lots of food/cafes options.

the hotel is 2 blocks away from the beach, man dinning option around the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Room is clean. Bed could be a bit more confortable. Nice stay.

Very nice and clean

Just a 1 night stay but very nice, got a bottle of sparkling wine in my room, concierge was very friendly and loan me a charge for my phone. One bad thing rooms don't have USB charger so you need a local plug in to charge electronics. No parking, park in the garage about a block away or like I did street park but get early of you'll get a ticket.
