「When you arrive here, do not expect to be acknowledged everyone ignores you. I have never seen this in any of my travels all over the world. This was one of the biggest disappointments. I did not feel welcomed at Hilton hotels Barbados, except for when I was ready to pay the bill they acknowledge my presence. 「Gabriella, Zion and all the other staff were very friendly and helpfull. Always a smile and always on point. The hotel is nicely situated. Beach, restaurants, Chefette and stores are neerbuigend.」

「The resort is showing it's age. Check in was smooth. Room ha air conditioner in the bedroom and a fan in living area. Bathroom had no soap in shower. Paint peeling off walls in spots. Some areas showing mould.」
