「Breakfast was nonexistent. No fruit or yogurt just toast, English muffins and boiled eggs.」

「Room was okay for the price. However shower was a disaster. Not enough water pressure to even move the water up to the shower head. Had to take shower with the hand held unit which was also weak. They really to fix this. Only reason I don't give the stay an "Excellent"」

「The room was fine and I chose this hotel because most of Columbus was booked and what was left was far beyond my budget. I would have no problem staying here again. Only negative was the thumping on the floor from the guest in the room directly above mine. At times, it sounded like they were trying to break through the floor. The hotel was nowhere near being fully booked so I don't know why I had to have someone above me in the first place.」

「Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable. Floors in bathroom were not clean. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. The breakfast was good.」

「The hotel is great for kids! They had a great time! However one person on the staff was very rude! They told my wife that she needed a wristband in order to sit in the pool area. I said: NO PROBLEM… But than I noticed that some of the white guess didn’t have a waistband. Keep in mind… that we’re the only black family. I took out my phone and recorded the folks without wristbands and showed it to the lady at the front desk! I didn’t make a scene and told her that: if you’re going to enforce the...

「I hate to ever leave a negative review, especially when the woman running the place alone was so kind. We didn’t even stay the whole night, left at 3 am. It was visibly dirty. The room was horrible, wallpaper falling off, carpet as old as time. The bathtub and faucets leaked. It bothered my asthma and we had to leave. I am only writing this to help someone else, not to complain.」
