The property was okay. We were only in town for the weekend for a dance competition and convention. We did see a bug in the room, however, staff was friendly and very accommodating. The other properties around the hotel did not particular make us feel safe, however once inside the property, we did feel safe. There was also a lot of construction in the area

I'm only giving 3 stars because the person at the front desk was helpful and the hotel provides a shuttle to the airport that was very convenient. We got in around 11 and there was no one at the front desk. There was note that they'd be back in 5m but that didn't happen for at least 25m. We called the front desk and the customer service number, no dice. She was the only one manning the hotel on a night it was fully booked. This was just poor planning. She was nice and I felt bad that she had to run from one end of the hotel to the reception and check us in while panting. We finally got to the room around 11.30 and wanted to crash since we had an early morning flight that required us to take the 5.30 shuttle. The blinds didnt close all the way and we had to come with a way to clip the edge drapes together to block the light out. At around 11.45 the people upstairs checked in and were exceptionally noisy, slamming doors dropping things on the floor. We thought they might be settling in and gave them about 20m and still wouldn't stop. We had to call the front desk 3 times about 10m apart to complain. The front desk lady was understanding but nothing came from her intervention. It just got worse. That level of noise would have been unacceptable during the day for more than 5m but at midnight for an hour was just inexcusable. I understand that the hotel is not responsible for the people upstairs but the construction was just cheap, there was no insulation.

I wish that I would have known that they had their airport shuttle in just certain time windows. What to do when you are delayed from a flight. Also, there were half drunk bottles of cola in the fridge and a beer bottle in the room. VERY short stay- so no idea what this property looked like in the daylight.

The TV in the room didn't work. We had checked in, opened our cases and had things out, went to eat and came back several hour later. We turned on the TV and it didn't work. I called the desk to have someone come to check it but they wouldn't send anyone. After I complained she offered for me to change rooms. I wasn't happy with the thought of having to repack everything and my grandson being in the shower to move. A Hilton property isn't what it's cracked up to be.

The only reason this hotel is getting this many stars is because how nice the staff was when it came to my situation. It was bad in the beginning but overall it turned out ok. I will say ask to see the rooms BEFORE anything to make sure everything is clean, especially if you have kiddos. Other than that, I had a pleasant time

Great location and rooms. Breakfast was excellent. The pool and hot tub area was pretty dirty. There was wrappers and paper towels in the pool but we cleaned it and it was fine.

Shoutout to Valerie for being the most welcoming person I’ve met! She went above and beyond to help me out and make me feel like home! Will be back to this exact location whenever i come to houston! Also not only her but all the staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile. You don’t get a lot of places with this kind of staff!

Nice airport hotel
The room was great - it was so nice to have the kitchen even for a one night stay. The room was clean and just what we needed and the overnight staff person was friendly. There weren't sheets/pillows for the sofa bed. I asked the person at the desk and although they tried to help and looked in multiple locations throughout the hotel (linen and housekeeping closets), they weren't able to find what we needed. One other downside is that the lights from the basketball court stayed on all night and were shining right in our windows. They were very bright. We would stay here again.

Liked the suite/room.It was clean. For a Hilton some of the amenities were cheap like the basic plastic alarm clock, cheap kiddie phones not even hooked up(you could use your cell) even the tv was basic , crappy remote couldn't cast from your cell to tv even.Just didnt feel like a Hilton.
