Had a good experience here 5 years ago but this time was a different story. Place is run down. Mold throughout the bathroom. Loose faucets and used toothpicks under the bed. Lobby smells like a sewage.
Wir wurden spontan in das Hotel umgebucht. Es war allerdings keine schlechte Alternative. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, auch wenn diese in Bahnhofsnähe ist. Der Bahnhof in Hualien ist kein schlimmes Viertel und bietet sogar eine schöne Geschäfte für örtliche Süßspeisen etc. an. Der Fußweg ins Zentrum dauert etwas 20-30 Minuten, was aber auch kein Problem ist. Vom Hotel aus geht es dafür sehr schnell zur Taroko Schlucht. Das Essen ist ok, aber man dafür nicht im Hotel bleiben. Das Minibar-Angebot in der Lobby ist prima, allerdings am späteren Abend nicht mehr verfügbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt.
